What does it do?

Omega-3s help reduce morbidity and mortality across the board, no matter the condition. The new research Dr. Neville recently reviewed was on “disuse atrophy.” This has a classical example: a broken bone put in a cast or brace, and after the brace is removed, we see muscle atrophy. High Omega-3 loading reduces disuse atrophy significantly.  

This concept also applies to those of us with Adrenal Fatigue.
