Seriphos is a safe, natural supplement that helps control and modulate the stress response. It is a combination of phosphorylated serine, choline, and ethanolamine molecules (phospholipids), combined with magnesium and calcium.

Seriphos helps our cells remodel and changes our responsiveness to stress hormone triggers. It helps quiet anxiety, the “wired” feeling, palpitations, sweats, etc. It is also helpful in treating insomnia, which comes from the same cause. Seriphos is especially beneficial to patients whose cortisol levels are elevated, but it can be used in other situations, as well.

Seriphos helps reduce elevated cortisol levels and balance erratic cortisol levels during times of stress. Research suggests that Seriphos works at the pituitary level, blunting the stimulation of the pituitary gland on the adrenal glands, thus calming the Hypothalamic Pituitary Adrenal Axis. We also know that phosphorylated serine acts to stabilize cell membranes in these and other glands, making the glands less susceptible to over-stimulation.
